Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by Elite Grovetown Concrete are based on the information you provide and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from what was initially described or discovered. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project contract or agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that could interfere with our work. You are also responsible for ensuring that any underground utilities are properly marked before excavation or site preparation begins.
Warranties and Guarantees

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracks due to settling, temperature changes, or other environmental factors. Such minor cracks do not affect the structural integrity of the concrete and are not covered under warranty. Significant structural issues resulting from our workmanship will be addressed according to the terms in your contract.
Property Damage and Liability
Elite Grovetown Concrete maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our work. We take care to protect your property during all phases of your project. You should notify us immediately if you believe any damage has occurred. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other items that were not properly marked or disclosed before work began.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover our costs. The specific terms of cancellation will be outlined in your project agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances that could affect the quality of the finished project.
Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration in accordance with Georgia state law before pursuing litigation.
Limitation of Liability
Elite Grovetown Concrete's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our work. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action related to these terms or our services must be brought in the appropriate courts located in Columbia County, Georgia.
